	If you suffer from Atrial fibrillation (AF), ask your doctor to prescribe warfarin for you. It reduces the chance of clots forming in your blood vessels.

Full Membership of the Charity is open to:

individuals who have suffered a stroke
individuals who have risk factors for stroke
individual professionals with an interest in stroke
co-opted members

Associate membership of the charity is open to:

family members and carers of those who have full membership
Those under 18 years and any organisation, corporate or incorporate asscociation interested in furthering the charity's objects.
